What You'll Do Lead with safety-first behaviors and practices Maintain process and packaging equipment including pumps, conveyors, fans, bearings, chains, and sprockets Perform welding, cutting, equipment setup, and dismantling Use a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance tasks Work on a rotating or fixed shift schedule with commitment to regular attendance Skills & Experience We're Looking For Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Mechanical maintenance experience with process/packaging equipment Basic knowledge of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills Computer proficiency Knowledge of sugar factory processes a plus (but not required) This company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
