Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.Role OverviewThe Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing and oversight of the operations while acting as the liaison between the Client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. They manage a team of operators and ensures efficient delivery of the missions requested by client.Academic Preference & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred2 or more years Operations experience in leading teamsKey responsibilitiesResponds to system emergencies; investigates and completes accident reports, incidents, and customer complaintsCoordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates.
