The incumbent manages a large, complex fiscal operation to include compliance and reporting of grants, contracts, special funds, payroll, cost recovery, and revenue collection. Provides guidance to the leadership on all matters that have financial impacts. Serves as a key subject matter expert on the department's complex funding and financial operations. This position will oversee the fiscal operations of the Office of the Secretary and administrative offices, to include the Department's Controller's office.
