AT&T Representative

Our Company is a California-based sales and marketing agency specializing in customer acquisition and telecommunications services. We partner with AT&T to provide top-quality connectivity solutions and we're seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our AT&T Representative team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Nova Management as an AT&T Representative. As an AT&T Representative, you will be the face of AT&T in local markets, offering customers personalized service and helping them choose the telecommunications solutions that meet their needs. Our AT&T Representative team works across Fremont, backed by a company that values growth, integrity, and performance. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Representative: Represent AT&T directly, engaging with prospective and existing customers in person to introduce them to AT&T’s latest services and promotions. Guide customers through the enrollment process, helping them select products or services that meet their needs and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T’s offerings to provide accurate information and effective recommendations. Manage customer account details accurately, coordinate activations or installations, and handle follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with fellow AT&T Representative team members to meet sales goals, craft effective outreach strategies, and contribute to a positive team environment. What We're Looking For in an AT&T Representative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’re comfortable speaking with people and enjoy helping them find solutions. A customer-focused attitude, with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to deliver value and satisfaction. Self-motivation, goal orientated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and work independently as well as part of a team.
