This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity to shape the future of primary and behavioral health collaboration — helping to build more connected, outcomes-driven mental health systems.Advisors typically contribute1–2 hours per month , participating in virtual meetings and occasional strategic discussions.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical guidance on integrating mental and behavioral health within primary care workflows.
Advise on care coordination, referrals, and best practices for collaborative care models.
Support development of protocols, patient engagement tools, and digital assessments that align with whole-person health.
Offer input on outcome tracking, quality improvement, and evidence-based standards.
Participate in advisory meetings and help guide product, service, and partnership strategy.
Serve as a thought partner to the leadership team on clinical innovation and ethical, patient-centered care.QualificationsBoard-certified Family Medicine Physician (required)
Active medical license in good standing (multi-state licensure a plus)
Experience with behavioral health integration, telemedicine, or digital health preferred
Interest in healthcare innovation, technology, and early-stage startups
