Headquartered in New York City, Chardan is a registered broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and is a member of the following: FINRA, SIPC, and NASDAQ. Job Responsibilities: Research and analyze financial and operating information relating to companies and industriesPerform comparable company analysis, complex financial modeling (including merger modeling) and run valuation analysis as part of client/industry evaluationsComplete due diligence on new and existing client relationshipsCompile industry analysis and provide analytical findings to senior bankersDevelop written pitch and marketing materials for client meetingsSupport deal teams in successful development, presentation, and winning mandatesSupport deal teams in the execution of both financings and M&A transactions Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a well-respected university and a strong academic track record1+ years experience working as an Analyst in Financial ServicesMust be able to demonstrate advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the organizationAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectively in order to meet strict and competing deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and the quality of work productSelf-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  Chardan is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ancestry, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, medical condition, disability, veteran’s status, or any other basis protected by law.
