Position OverviewThis position will play an essential role in RenewaNation’s administrative effectiveness, with a primary focus on the Scholarship and Christian Education divisions. As our support for Christian Education continues to grow through an intentional and focused communication plan in 2026, this role will work across several key areas, including, but not limited to, constituent donations, family/student application processes, school partnerships, and other programming that supports mission impact.The position will report to and be mentored directly by the Executive Director of Scholarships. The successful candidate will balance divisional needs with operational execution.Mission AlignmentThe Administrative Coordinator must demonstrate a clear commitment to RenewaNation’s vision of transforming culture by helping millions of children develop a biblical worldview. All responsibilities should be guided by RenewaNation’s vision, mission, and core values, with the goal of balancinglong-term mission impact with biblical stewardship.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day essential needs within the scholarship and Christian education groups, specific to data entry, acquiring necessary and/or required documentation, and/or providing necessary documentation to key stakeholders.Process, track, and/or assist with scholarship disbursement processes.Create and/or maintain and distribute essential internal reports as well as state or federal documents as needed.Assist the team, as directed, with essential follow-up correspondence, critical for key stakeholders.Coordinate Christian education opportunities across RenewaNation’s broader offerings. Other administrative duties as assigned.Foster a healthy, Christ-centered organizational culture that balances accountability, employee care, operational excellence, and customer delight.Qualifications and ExperienceREQUIREDAssociate's Degree or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and database management.High level of data management accuracy.Excellent communication (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Alignment with biblical values and an understanding of integrating faith and work.PREFERREDFamiliarity with donor-funded and/or scholarship-based program models.Bachelor's Degree in Business or a similar fieldOrganizational CompetenciesServant stewardship mindset grounded in humility and excellence.Comfortable with ambiguity and continuous improvement.High integrity and trustworthiness.Coachable and eager to grow through mentorship.Reporting RelationshipReports directly to the Executive Director of ScholarshipsPosition Type, Location, and TravelFull-time positionRoanoke, VA
