Senior Systems EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the technical lead for the infrastructure, deployment architecture, and operational reliability of a regulated software platform used in customer-facing diagnostic environments. This position focuses on the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of a commercial software product operating across a variety of customer infrastructures, including on-premises, virtualized, and cloud-hosted environments. Working closely with software development, DevOps, product management, and quality teams, this individual will help ensure the platform is secure, scalable, maintainable, and performs consistently throughout development, validation, release, and production use. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced systems professional who can independently evaluate complex technical challenges, identify risks before they impact customers, and influence architectural decisions that improve long-term product stability. Responsibilities include designing and supporting deployment environments built on Windows and Linux technologies, troubleshooting issues that span applications, infrastructure, databases, containers, and networking, driving system observability and automation initiatives, enhancing deployment and release processes, maintaining architecture and operational documentation, and serving as a senior technical resource for critical system-level investigations and escalations.
