Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Training Provided!) Location: Northwest Oklahoma Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay: $600 per week base + $300 per signed contract (See below for increase opportunities!) Job Description Mitten Roofing & Restoration is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. You’ll be on the front lines, engaging homeowners, educating them about our top-quality restoration and roofing services, and helping them begin the process toward improving their homes. This is an entry-level role with excellent advancement opportunities, a clear promotion path, and uncapped earning potential for top performers. What You’ll Do Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our services Qualify potential customers and schedule inspections Educate homeowners about damage and insurance claims Close deals and submit contracts Collaborate with our project managers and office staff Maintain daily activity reports and meet weekly goals Pay & Incentives Base Pay: $600 per week Commission: $300 per signed and approved contract Advancement Ladder We reward performance and drive.
