As a Civil Design Transportation Design Project Manager, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity can be located in our Orlando, FL office and could have potential to be hybrid depending on the specific client, project and team needs. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop civil design plans, specifications and cost estimatesPrepare and review design calculationsManage project schedules and budgetsDetermine project needs, assign project tasks and manage their completionAssist junior engineers with technical support and provide opportunities for skill developmentCoordinate with clients and subconsultantsRequired QualificationsBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering8-15 years of experience working on civil transportation centric design projectsPossess phase I/II design experience, varying in complexity for clients and other local agenciesPE license in FL Familiarity/proficiency with Open RoadsProficiency in Microsoft Office, ProjectWise, Bluebeam and/or AdobeHave a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal formsHave good to great organizational skills Preferred QualificationsPE license in ILFamiliarity with proposal preparationExperience with the preparation of project reportsExperience managing people and projectsDrainage design experienceCFM licensePTOE licenseBenefitsWe offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans401K, Paid Maternity Leave, Competitive PTOEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and more Sponsorship and relocation are not available for this opportunity.
