Junior Mobile Developer – Training & Deployment ProgramOverviewWe are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior Mobile Developers to join our Training & Deployment Program. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in mobile application development. Selected candidates will undergo structured technical training and, upon successful completion, will be deployed to live projects with our internal teams or client engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a comprehensive mobile development training program.Learn and apply mobile development concepts using Android, iOS, or cross-platform technologies.Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.Debug and resolve application issues.Follow coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.Prepare technical documentation and project reports as required.Contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of programming concepts and object-oriented programming.Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, or C#.Knowledge of mobile app development concepts is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Preferred SkillsExposure to Android Studio, Xcode, Flutter, or React Native.Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.Experience with personal, academic, or internship projects is a plus.Training Program HighlightsStructured technical and professional skills training.Hands-on project assignments and mentorship.Exposure to industry-standard development practices.Performance evaluations throughout the training period.Opportunity for deployment to client or internal development projects upon successful completion.Thanks
