Storage Facility Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the storage facility - Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues - Maintain a clean and organized storage facility - Monitor and enforce security measures to ensure the safety of tenants and their belongings - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Skills: - Strong negotiation skills to secure rental agreements with customers - Proficiency in cash handling and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems - Experience in supervising a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively - Knowledge of retail management principles, including inventory management and stock control Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
