Senior Technical Architect

We are looking for a self‑directed ServiceNow Technical Architect (ITSM) who will serve as a senior‑level technical advisor, ensuring architectural consistency, quality, and adherence to platform best practices across engagements. This will be a 12‑month fully remote contract.ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior technical advisor and architect‑in‑residence.Review and mentor on design, provide technical governance, design review, enablement, and platform strategy.Engage primarily as a reviewer or mentor, and participate in delivery only when requested by an SA or for escalation/architectural oversight.QualificationsDeep hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM module.Experience with architectural governance, design review, and platform strategy deployment.Employment type Contract – 12 month fully remoteSeniority level DirectorLocation & Compensation Atlanta, GA.
