If you're ready to build a career inside a disciplined, growing organization - apply today.We're building technicians who operate at a higher level.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:Basic QualificationsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotationsAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularlyComfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipmentAbility to work in active retail and restaurant environmentsWork ExpectationsWillingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedulesAbility to work flexible hours based on project demandsCommitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 daysWillingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipmentMechanical aptitude or prior trade exposureBasic electrical knowledgeEPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)Previous travel-based field service experience
