Director Of OperationsThe Director of Operations is an integral member of the Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of multiple facilities while driving business growth through active involvement in business development activities. This role combines operational excellence with a strategic focus on expanding the company's market presence and customer base. The Director of Operations will collaborate with various teams to optimize plant performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities for growth.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Extensive and diversified background with 5-10 years of experience in plant management or manufacturing engineeringKnowledge and experience in the application of lean manufacturing process and strategies to achieve process efficiencyUnderstanding of financial principles and strong commitment to budgetary limitationsHigh sense of urgency and strong multi-tasking abilitiesSuperior written and verbal communication abilitiesExcellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills requiredDemonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff, teams and major projects or initiativesStrong relationship building skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated leader who will inspire, motivate and manage a teamSets and communicates goals and objectives and holds team accountable for resultsProvides constructive feedback and coaching to achieve superior performanceActs as an agent of change by challenging the status quo, making decisions, and taking tough actions when requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree preferred
