System Integration: Integrating SmartCOMM with other systems, such as CRMs. Template Development: Building and maintaining SmartCOMM templates for different communication channels. Working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimization: Optimizing data models and templates for performance and scalability.
