Wait Staff/Server

*Starting Wage is $15.00/hr - Includes cash tips* *Start Date:* May 10, 2026 *Work* Typical Work Week: 9 hours for Mother's Day (8AM-5PM). Can be added to our staffing schedlue for other events as well. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays. May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and staffing. *Major Requirements & Responsibilities* Wait staff is responsible for working Mother's Day, weddings, and special events. This includes serving and making the guests feel welcome and comfortable during the event. This position requires setting up, and tearing down events, as well as making sure the facility is clean and organized throughout the duration of the event. Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Greet & serve guests at the Rockin’ TJ Ranch in a friendly manner * Ensure timely delivery and presentation of food and beverages to guests. * Assists with kitchen and food prep before events * Be willing to help out washing dishes * Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor * Bussing any form of dishes from the guests * Cleaning and putting away tables, chairs, linens, chafers, etc at the end of the night * Understands and can communicate products and services available at the Rockin’ TJ Ranch * Follow Rockin’ TJ Ranch dress code * At least minimum legal working age * Must have reliable transportation. * Authorized to work in the United States * Maintain safety & cleanliness of workspace *Essential Physical Requirements* * Walk and stand during the entire shift. * Lift and carry tables and chairs weighing up to 30 lbs. * Lift and empty trashcans weighing up to 100 lbs., with assistance. * Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting. * Work indoors 80%; outdoors 20%. * Work in a hot, damp environment. * Hazards include but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass and metal cans, cleaning chemicals, burns, slipping and tripping. * Frequent washing of hands. *Knowledge and Skills* * Safe food handling understanding * Must be able to read labels on chemicals * Knowledge of workplace safety procedures * Must have knowledge of the Rockin’ TJ Ranch to be able to work and communicate products and services available to guests and potential clients. * Must be able to read and follow instructions. * Listening and communications skills required * The ability to work as a team. * The ability to give and follow and complete instructions in a timely manner Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * 10 hour shift Experience: * Serving Experience: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) * Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Bozeman, MT 59718 (Required) Work Location: In person
