Vent nurses

Axia Care Center is seeking experienced Ventilator Nurses (RN/to join our high-acuity clinical team. This role is mission-critical to delivering safe, compliant, and patient-centered care to ventilator-dependent residents in a fast-paced subacute setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to ventilator-dependent residents in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols Monitor ventilator settings, respiratory status, and patient responses Perform trach care, suctioning, and related respiratory interventions Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergencies Qualifications Current RN or license (New Jersey) Ventilator experience required (subacute, LTACH, or skilled nursing preferred) Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently while supporting team-based care Commitment to quality outcomes, compliance, and professionalism What We Offer Competitive compensation Stable, well-supported vent program Strong leadership and clinical infrastructure Opportunities for growth in a high-acuity environment Apply Today Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
