Manufacturing Engineer
Overview We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production, resolve engineering issues, and improve processes for engineered pump system builds. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure accurate build packages, smooth assembly, and strong manufacturing readiness.What You’ll DoProvide engineering support on the production floor and troubleshoot build issuesAddress fit‑up concerns, rework decisions, and documentation gapsReview and validate build packages, routings, drawings, and BOM accuracySupport Quality with incoming material discrepancies and corrective actionsAssist with Engineering Change Requests and drawing updatesReview vendor drawings for accuracy and complianceTrack manufacturing engineering metrics and support readiness reportingIdentify process improvements and reduce recurring build interruptionsProvide technical support to cross‑functional teamsQualificationsBachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering3–7 years in manufacturing engineering or production support (heavy equipment/pump systems a plus)Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skillsExperience with drawings, routings, BOMs, and ERP workflows (NAV/Business Central preferred)Familiarity with engineering change processes and configuration managementSOLIDWORKS proficiencyExperience reviewing vendor drawings and coordinating with suppliers
