Floor Manager
We are looking for a experienced, hardworking, passionate and empathetic manager to lead a large team in a fast paced environment. Leadership/training experience is a MUST as you will be scheduling, hiring and training a staff of 10-15 people on a regular basis. The ideal candidate leads with empathy, but hold the team accountable and works along side them on the floor to ensure a smooth service.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Restaurant floor management (counter service + table service)
Creating and implementing standard operating procedures to accommodate ever-changing restaurant needs
Giving and receiving direct feedback with kindness, dignity and respect.
Working collaboratively with owners, managers and FOH staff
Ordering supplies and ingredients for the coffee department on a daily basis
Maintaining a highly organized space
