Day.Aspirus Family Medicine in Wausau, WI is seeking a MANAGER - FAMILY HOUSE & GUEST SERVICES to join our FAMILY HOUSE team!The Manager of Guest Services and The Family House is accountable for the day-to-day coordination and functions of both the Family House and Guest Services operating under Aspirus Wausau Hospital.The Aspirus Family House is a safe, affordable, temporary home for families whose loved ones are receiving medical care at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, or for patients who have traveled to Wausau to receive specialty care.Our Guest Services department welcomes and assists patients, their families and visitors upon entering the hospital, as well as provides initial symptom screening in order to minimize potential spread of virus.This role provides leadership and assumes responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations to ensure a positive guest and patient experience which enhances the mission, vision, values and brand promise of Aspirus.HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.Experience/QualificationsKnowledge of customer service and business practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a business, hospitality or health related field beneficial, or relevant work experience.Willingness to pursue continuing education to become a Certified Hospitality House through the Healthcare Hospitality Network.4-5 years' experience in non-profit, human services, or hospitality industry preferred.Progressive management experience beneficial.Exceptional communication and relationship skills to be able to relate well to a wide range of individuals.Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing.
