Microsoft Dynamics Architect

The Role:Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics ArchitectExperience Level: 10+ YearsDuration : Long Term ContractWork Mode: RemoteJob Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, leading technical design, and ensuring successful delivery of Dynamics projects aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:· Lead the architecture, design, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM/ERP/CE/Finance & Operations).· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Dynamics solutions.· Define technical standards, integration strategies, and best practices for Dynamics implementations.· Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architecture principles.· Oversee system configurations, customizations, data migrations, and integrations with external systems.· Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solution quality.· Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities.Required Skills & Experience:· 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and implementation.· Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (CRM, CE, Finance, SCM, or HR).· Expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).· Experience with Azure services, API integrations, and security frameworks.· Proficiency in solution design, customization, plugin development, and workflows.· Solid experience with data migration and integration tools (KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, etc.).· Strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile methodologies.· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.· Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise implementations.
