They play a key role in the agency life, helping guide the strategic path of the company.ResponsibilitiesManage several creative teams across multiple clients' accountsParticipate in new business development, client presentations and selling creative concepts internally and externallyEffectively win pitches while managing large-scale, cross-channel deliverablesContinually optimize results for every piece of creative the team producesEnsure high quality, strategy and integrity of all creative outputCommunicate client and brand goals to creative teamsRecruit, train, develop and motivate staff to maximize their potentialEffectively manage assigned timeframes and budgets, including staffing and hours allocation on all projectsWork with account services to foster client relationshipsParticipate in agency thought-leadership, including external sources and agency presentationsMaintain knowledge of current advertising, marketing and technological developmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree10+ years' art-focused experience in a creative ad agency setting including pharmaceutical brand focused rolesProficiency in HCP and DTC pharmaceutical creative advertisingProven ability to develop powerful and effective creative conceptsAward winning creative work/portfolioPrevious experience managing, inspiring and leading teamsStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teamsAbility to travelAdditional InformationPublicis Health is the premier global health and wellness communications network.
