We are looking for a Buyer II who can step in and make an immediate impact. This role sits at the center of our operations, supporting production, managing inventory, and ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed.You will balance day-to-day execution with strategic thinking by making smart purchasing decisions, working closely with vendors, and leveraging data to anticipate demand.What You'll Bring:You bring experience in purchasing or procurement and understand how inventory, vendors, and production all connect. You are comfortable working in an ERP system and can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.At a high level, we are looking for someone who can:Navigate ERP systems such as NetSuite for purchasing and inventory managementManage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing and timelinesAnalyze data and trends to support buying decisions and forecastingStay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate clearly across teams and take ownership of your workWhat You'll Be Doing:This role is a mix of execution and strategy. On the day-to-day side, you will manage purchasing activity and ensure inventory aligns with production needs. Long-term, you will help drive improvements in cost, efficiency, and processes.Key areas of focus include:Purchasing and inventory management, including issuing purchase orders and managing reorder pointsVendor management, including evaluating performance and negotiating termsERP and data management, including maintaining item, vendor, and BOM data in NetSuiteAnalysis and planning, including cost analysis and inventory performance trackingCross-functional support with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Quality teamsQualifications:3 to 5 years of purchasing or procurement experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferredExperience working in ERP systems, NetSuite strongly preferredFamiliarity with inventory control and warehouse operationsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceWhy You'll Love This Opportunity:Diverse Challenges: Tackle a variety of supply chain and procurement challenges, including managing vendor relationships, forecasting inventory needs, and driving cost-saving initiativesCareer Growth: Join a company committed to fostering professional development.
