Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Processes new orders and monitors existing orders to completion in the Sales Order TrackerReviews new orders for completeness and accuracyReviews the Order Tracker for completed assigned tasksFollows up on task assignments to ensure processing of each order is expedited as quickly as possibleCloses out orders in the Sales Order Tracker once all assignments have been completed and key order dates have been enteredReviews commissions and, if necessary, corresponds with Sales Management for further clarification or assistanceCorresponds directly with sales reps on issues related to ordersKeeps sales reps. informed on parts, machine kits, CAT work tools, non-CAT attachment information, shop updates, and any related literatureStays in constant daily contact with the sales managers when they are in the office or in the field with sales repsHandles walk-in and call-in customer inquiries at their branch locationActs as shop coordinator and facilitates shop contact between the sales rep and the shopSubmits requests for inter-store transfers and deliveries to customers of machines and Worktools Other duties as assigned by managerSupervisory ResponsibilitiesAssigns order processing tasks to specialists including Finance, Credit, Shop Coordinators, Order Specialists, Rental Fleet personnel, Technology Products, Invoice Specialists, and miscellaneous Sales and Sales Administration personnelRequired Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED3+ of administrative experience with an emphasis in sales administrationPhysical Demands & CompetenciesStanding, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeBasic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPointIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelWork EnvironmentNoise: QuietIndoorsOther DutiesJob Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
