We're hiring a Customer Operations Specialist to manage customer communications, support our operations team, and keep things moving. Full-time, in-office. $18–$22/hour DOE.Full Description iDoc Repair is a nationwide depot repair center based in Macomb, IL. Customers across the country ship their devices to us for professional diagnosis and repair. We're a small, tight-knit team and we take pride in doing good work and treating every customer right, whether they're across the street or across the country.What You'll DoManage and respond to our service email inbox — the primary channel for our nationwide customer baseGreet and assist local walk-in customers at the front deskAnswer phones and communicate repair status updates professionallySupport department heads across repair parts and finance/customer serviceAssist with light warehouse tasks such as pulling and putting away unitsKeep the front office organized and running smoothlySchedule & PayMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)$18–$22/hour based on experienceWhat We're Looking ForStrong written communication skills — you'll live in emailReliable and punctualAdaptable — happy to shift gears and help wherever neededPrevious customer service or office experience preferred; we'll train the right personMust be comfortable with a fixed, in-office schedule
