Job DescriptionJob TitleWorkforce Management Technical Engineer - SeniorOverview / SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Technical Engineer to support a large-scale workforce management modernization initiative supporting 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada. This is a hands-on technical role focused on workforce management platform configuration, data engineering, systems integration, and enterprise timekeeping solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring enterprise workforce management platforms, building ETL pipelines, managing integrations, and translating complex labor rules into automated system logic.This is a hybrid onsite role located in Dearborn, MI, requiring onsite presence a minimum of 4 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support enterprise workforce management platforms including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modulesDesign, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrationsManage data exchanges using APIs, flat files, and XMLTranslate complex business and labor requirements into technical system configurations and automated calculationsSupport system administration, platform governance, security roles, and environment stabilityLead technical validation of software patches and version upgradesBuild advanced SQL reports and data models to identify labor cost trends, compliance risks, and operational efficienciesCollaborate within Agile/Jira development environmentsEnsure data integrity between workforce management, payroll, HR, and finance systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree10+ years of IT experience supporting large-scale enterprise programsHands-on experience configuring and administering enterprise Workforce Management (WFM) platformsExperience supporting large employee populations (10,000+ employees)Strong experience with workforce management platforms such as WorkForce Software (preferred), UKG/Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactorsAdvanced SQL skills and experience developing ETL pipelinesExperience with systems integration using APIs, REST/SOAP services, flat files, and XMLStrong understanding of data integrity and HR/payroll system integrationsExperience working with union work rules, rotating shifts, and manufacturing scheduling environmentsFamiliarity with US and Canadian labor regulations and their application within timekeeping systemsExperience working in Agile/Jira environmentsStrong technical configuration and back-end system management experiencePreferred QualificationsDirect experience with WorkForce Software (WFS)Experience with cloud-based data tools such as Google Cloud Platform or BigQueryExperience within automotive or high-volume industrial environmentsWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
