Inside Sales Representative - Auto Glass Replacement & Accessories

Essential Functions:Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly goalsFind and qualify new business opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails.Conducts sales calls and initiates customer contact in order to execute service center sales action plan.Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leadsResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestUnderstand a prospective customer's needs and requirements to ensure a great customer experience.Collaborate with national and local account teams to develop and track promotional programs.Works with the accessory team to develop local accessory and flat glass promotions.Develops and maintains positive customer relations as well as local work environment at all times.Demonstrate and support a continuous improvement and growth mindset.Assists in maintenance of customer accounts, account set up, and development of customer profiles.Completes reports as needed and requested by managementCollaborates with credit department in the timely collection of receivables, reconciliation of customer statements, CDA's, deductions, etc.Complies with all J SOX requirements.Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles Qualifications Required:Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skillsBuilds strong relationships with peers and cross functional teams to enable higher performanceAbility to work independently and highly efficient at multi-taskingStrong phone presence and experience with high call volumesCritical thinking and problem-solving abilityExcellent organizational skills and detail-orientedProfessional and friendly demeanorEntrepreneurial skills and styleHigh school diploma or GEDA minimum of (1) years previous inside sales and/or customer service experience Qualifications Desired:Associate/Bachelor degree in progressSAP working knowledgeExperience working with Hubspot or similar CRMPrevious aftermarket glass customer service experience preferredPrevious multi-line phone experienceBilingual Spanish/English a plus but not required Benefits:Home every evening!Medical, Dental, Vision - first of the month following two full months of employment401(k) retirement savings contribution plan 90 days after hire date401(k) 2% GUARANTEEDEmployee Assistance Plan at no additional costEducational AssistanceWork Boot ProgramPrescription Safety Glasses ProgramCompany Paid Holidays - NINE (9 HOLIDAYS)Paid VacationLife Insurance at no additional cost We require a pre-employment criminal background check, and drug screen/physical.
