Alongside Motto, we also operate Benomar Properties, a top-producing real estate sales business, and a growing personal brand focused on real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and media. We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Content & Brand Marketing Coordinator to help support and elevate all of our brands through content creation, marketing, design, and day-to-day brand operations. This is a hands-on role working directly with founders Benjamin and Lexi Benomar in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be involved in everything from social media and content creation to listing marketing, branding, email campaigns, and creative projects across multiple growing businesses. This is not a large corporate marketing role. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, resourceful, and excited to grow alongside a small team building modern real estate and media brands.What You'll DoContent & Social MediaCapture and create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and email marketingAttend listing appointments, open houses, podcast shoots, events, and property tours to film contentEdit short-form videos, reels, and social media clipsManage content calendars and maintain consistent posting across brandsStay current on trends, platform updates, and content strategiesMarketing & Brand SupportDesign graphics, templates, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe toolsWrite captions, newsletters, listing descriptions, email campaigns, and other marketing copyCreate and organize listing marketing materials, print collateral, and branded contentHelp maintain brand consistency across all platforms and businessesHelp keep marketing projects organized, on schedule, and moving forwardOperations & CoordinationManage multiple ongoing projects with strong organization and attention to detailWork independently with strong communication and follow-throughBring creative ideas, systems, and solutions to the tableHelp build and improve internal marketing processes as the businesses continue to growLearn, Grow & Build With UsGet hands-on experience in real estate, investing, branding, and entrepreneurshipWork directly with Benjamin and Lexi on listings, content shoots, events, and creative projectsExplore Atlanta neighborhoods, homes, and behind-the-scenes business operationsBe part of a small, down-to-earth team where your work actually mattersLearn fast, grow your skills, and help build exciting brands with usWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and writing skillsCreative with a strong eye for branding and designSelf-starter who can work independently and problem solvePassion for social media, content creation, marketing, and entrepreneurshipInterest in real estate, investing, or personal branding preferredExperience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferredMarketing, communications, creative, or related degree/certification is a plusRecent graduates encouraged to applyCompensation & Structure$4,000–$6,000/month depending on experienceFlexible hybrid scheduleContractor role to start with opportunity to grow into a long-term full-time positionCompany equipment can be providedOpportunity to grow into a larger marketing leadership role over timeLocation & AvailabilityMust be based in Atlanta, preferably central/I-285 perimeter or intown areaAbility to meet in person regularly for shoots, listings, events, and content daysSome weekend availability required depending on real estate schedules and events
