Executive Director Medical Clinic (Senior Care) Bilingual (Mandarin / English)Location: Brooklyn, New YorkSalary: $182,160 to $232,231Bonus EligibleIdeal CandidateBilingual in Mandarin & English requiredLongevity in their roles. Only considering candidates that have 2+ years of tenure in each of their last 3 positionsCandidate must be willing to come onsite to the Brooklyn center 5 days a weekOur customer offers comprehensive medical and social care to socioeconomically disadvantaged seniorsEssential Job Duties:Monitor care delivery quality and staff adherence to regulations, policies and procedures, quality improvement plan, and best practices; and drive efforts to correct any identified concernsEffectively develop and oversee the management teamIn collaboration with finance, develop, maintain, and operate within a program budget including hiring plans, to achieve operational goalsBuild strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as community service providers, regulators, legislators, associations, etc.Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulatory and licensing standards, including passing regulatory auditsParticipate in strategic planning and broader initiatives to refine operations best practices to share across other programsJob Requirements:Bilingual in English and Mandarin requiredBachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology or relevant field, plus an additional three (3) years' experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisor position in a social or health services program or agency; or Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology or relevant field, plus an additional one (1) years' experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisor position in a social or health services program or agencyFive (5) years' experience developing and guiding highly successful programs for vulnerable seniorsAt least three (3) years' supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with experience directing a senior care program preferredAt least three (3) years experience in complex clinical operations with ownership of P&L and management of clinical teamsTrack record of driving initiatives that drive improved patient experienceDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop other leaders and care team membersExperience presiding over a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and oversee people and projectsIf you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, please respond back and include the following:MS WORD ResumeRequired compensationContact informationAvailabilityUpon receipt, one of our managers will contact you to discuss the position in full detail.
