With a commitment to customer success and a collaborative team environment, they are poised for significant growth.What You Will DoManage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, acting as the primary point of contact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.Analyze client feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement in service offerings.Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their evolving needs and identify upsell opportunities.Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth metrics to senior management.Participate in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the platform.Ideal Candidate Background2–8 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a tech or marketplace environment.Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.Experience in developing strategic plans to achieve account growth and retention.PreferredFamiliarity with legal services or the legal technology sector.Experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment.Knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $225K, accompanied by competitive equity options.
