Inventory Specialist
This role supports day-to-day operational workflows tied to product movement, internal coordination, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across purchasing, inventory, vendor communication, and order administration. Core Responsibilities Coordinate product availability and maintain communication with external partners. Process requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Support internal teams with operational and logistical needs. Maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipments, and product status. Prepare outgoing items and assist with inbound deliveries. Review incoming materials for accuracy and condition. Organize and distribute materials to appropriate internal areas. Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and periodic count verification. Monitor open items and communicate status updates as needed. Handle product returns, exchanges, and related documentation. Work with third-party shipping providers to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Support asset handling, replacement coordination, and disposal procedures. Provide general administrative and operational assistance to related departments. Preferred Background Previous experience in operations, coordination, logistics, administrative support, or related business functions. Comfortable working in fast-paced, process-driven environments. Familiarity with inventory systems, purchasing workflows, or service coordination tools is helpful. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience using standard business software and spreadsheets. Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across teams. Education & Experience High school diploma, equivalent experience, or related background preferred. 2+ years of experience in operational support, coordination, warehouse administration, customer fulfillment, or similar functions preferred.
