We’re looking for a dishwasher to join the team. This role is essential to the success of the kitchen, supporting both back and front of house while helping maintain the pace and cleanliness required for service. The Role You’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring all equipment, dishware, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for service. What You’ll Do Wash all dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and equipmentAssist in cleaning and resetting stations to support serviceSupport front of house cleaning needs as needed, including shared spacesComplete opening and closing duties and follow all cleaning protocolsAssist with weekly deep cleaning tasksEnsure compliance with health department standards and safety proceduresSupport the kitchen team with general tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and team-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to work both independently and as part of a teamClear communication with kitchen, management, and front of houseStrong sense of responsibility and attention to cleanlinessExperience in a similar role or with commercial dishwashers preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbsAbility to move throughout the space, including stairs, during shifts More detail about Sag Harbor Tavern part of Four Clovers Hospitality, please visit
