DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to join a prominent team in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in legal support, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering precise and efficient work. The role involves working on both litigation and transactional matters, providing essential support to attorneys throughout various stages of legal processes.Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with corporate and real estate transactions, ensuring seamless support from initiation to final closing.- Create and maintain comprehensive closing binders, corporate records, and related documentation.- Draft and revise legal pleadings, discovery responses, and other filings related to litigation.- Organize and manage case files, ensuring information is accurately maintained within document management systems.- Handle court and governmental agency filings, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.- Provide support during trial preparation, including assembling materials and coordinating logistics.- Facilitate transactional closings by preparing and organizing necessary documents and ensuring timely completion.Requirements- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably within a law firm setting.- Familiarity with litigation processes and transactional legal work.- Proficiency in managing discovery, trial preparation, and case management software.- Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining professionalism under deadlines.- Knowledge of commercial real estate and corporate transactions is highly desirable.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented legal environment.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
