The role requires working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with a strong focus on urgency, communication, and safety awareness.Key Responsibilities• Order selecting, put-away, and scanning (50%)• Housekeeping and sanitation duties (40%)• Other warehouse tasks as assigned (10%)• Operate warehouse equipment including reach truck (certification required) and pallet jack• Follow all safety rules and regulations consistently• Manage multiple priorities effectively• Complete daily tasks fully, including staying beyond scheduled end time if requiredWork Environment & Physical Requirements• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted• Ability to work consistently in cold environments (32°F to 0°F)• Stand-up forklift experience preferredSchedule & Overtime• Training schedule: As assigned• Regular schedule after training:- Sunday: 7:00 AM until completion (approximately 5:00 PM)- Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM until shift completion• Overtime as neededQualifications• Minimum high school education or equivalent• Motivation for long-term, continued employment• Strong communication skills and timely follow-upAssignment Details• Assignment length: 90 days• Not temp-to-hire, but potential for conversion after 3 monthsDress Code & Equipment• Candidate must provide steel-toe shoes• Dress code: jeans (no rips or tears) and hoodless sweatshirt recommended• Cold-weather gear (coat, hat, gloves) provided by Cargill
