Job Title : Senior Applications Analyst – Epic BeaconDuration : 3 Months contract (Possibilities of extension or conversion)Location : Richmond VA (REMOTE)Schedule : First Shift.Job SummaryThe Applications Analyst – Senior is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the organization’s information technology resources. The role provides solutions to a variety of complex technical problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis and evaluation of multiple factors. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of the Information System.Key Responsibilities• Implement, configure, and maintain Epic Beacon applications• Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions• Perform system build, testing, and deployment activities• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide ongoing support• Optimize workflows related to oncology and infusion services• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live activities• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and user satisfactionEmployment Qualifications• Required Education: Associate’ degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, clinically related field; health informatics or computer science or equivalentMinimum Qualifications• Five years of related experience; including three years of direct related IT application experienceLicensure/Certification Required:• At least one certification in Epic applicationEEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
