Grain MerchandiserWe're looking for a Grain Merchandiser who will be responsible for grain merchandising profitability, market positioning, grain origination, and risk management across corn, soybeans, and other commodities. This role works closely with producers, customers, operations, and logistics teams to maximize margins and manage risk.What you'll doManage grain positions, hedging, and basis strategyBuild relationships with producers and commercial grain customersOriginate grain through cash bids, contracts, and marketing programsMonitor profitability, margins, freight, and inventory positionsCoordinate grain movement, logistics, and customer deliveriesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and reportingLead with accountability, communication, and teamworkWhat we're looking for3–10+ years of grain merchandising or commodity trading experience preferredStrong understanding of futures, basis, hedging, and grain marketsKnowledge of logistics, freight, and inventory managementStrong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems preferredSelf-motivated with a strong ownership mindsetDetailsBased in LoyalLimited remote flexibility as neededExtended hours may be required during harvest and peak seasonsIf you're looking for an opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing agribusiness, we'd love to connect.
