Join our dynamic team as a Cut & Sew Apparel Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to bring innovative outdoor apparel designs to life. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and creativity of product lines throughout the development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with design, development, and merchandising teams to ensure product line accuracy.Refine design sketches based on feedback and development changes.Create detailed design handoffs outlining trims, construction, and fit for new styles.Participate in fit sessions and provide input on design adjustments.Maintain organized documentation and design decks for clear team communication.SkillsProven experience in apparel design with a strong creative portfolio.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PLM systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills for giving and receiving constructive feedback.Preferred SkillsExperience with Figma and 3D software (CLO) is a plus.Background in accessory design is beneficial but not mandatory.A BA or BS degree in Design or a related field is preferred.At Horizontal, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered.
