Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware.Duties:Provide support for a fast-growing group of team members in multiple divisionsProvide laptop support for Windows PC's, Macs, and Mobile DevicesProvide top notch customer focused supportEngaged in cross-train efforts amongst peers where applicableContribute to site level operational readiness, process improvementsCollaborate with site lead, acting as back-up when delegated toCollaborate with immediate peersAssist the Service Desk by actively taking/resolving intake calls Desired Skills/Experience:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification3+ years of experience in remote administration and end user support3+ years of experience with Windows 10 or earlier operating systems3+ years of experience with ticketing and traffic reporting tools1+ years of experience with Google suite applications1+ years of experience with macOSExcellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $22.00.
