Travel-Heavy | High Voltage Power EPC | Location: All throughout FloridaAbout the RoleThis is a leadership role for an experienced I&C professional who enjoys working on major power infrastructure projects across Florida. If you like moving from project to project, taking ownership in the field, and leading complex I&C work in different infrastructure settings, this role was built for you.You'll be a key field leader on utility and government scale projects , supporting electric utilities and municipalities throughout the region.What You'll DoLead all I&C field activities on water treatment, wastewater, power plants, BESS, and other electrical industrial projectsAct as the on-site I&C authority , ensuring work is executed safely, accurately, and efficientlyTravel extensively throughout Florida supporting multiple projectsSupervise and mentor I&C technicians while coordinating with PMs, engineers, and clientsInstall, test, troubleshoot, and support:Protection & Control panelsRelays, meters, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systemsReview and markup drawings, wiring diagrams, loop sheets, and control narrativesSupport outage activities, testing, and commissioningCreate schedule outlining multi week plansCreate cut over plans to maintain power to critical equipmentCreate test plans that follows the solicitation documentsEnforce company safety, quality, and client standards (NEC, NESC, client specs)What We're Looking For7+ years of I&C experience, ideally in medium-voltage power or utility environmentsStrong background in switch gear, I&C or protection & controlProven experience leading crews in the fieldComfortable working travel-heavy schedules and rotating between job sitesStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferred (Not Required):Water Treatment / WastewaterBESS experienceRelay testing or commissioning experiencePLC/SCADA experienceNICET, journeyman license, or similar certifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
