Team members are valued for their commitment to excellence and attention to detail.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Seasonal Housekeeper for a full-time, on-site position at a Private Estate in Kailua-Kona, HI. This role will be available from June to mid august with the potential for continuous seasonal work. Responsibilities include daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a pristine environment throughout the property. Additional duties include laundering and ironing, ensuring guest spaces are organized and well-appointed, and maintaining communication with the team to address specific needs. The role may also involve working with other staff members to uphold the highest quality of service for residents and guests.QualificationsExperience in completing Laundry tasks, such as washing, ironing, and folding, with attention to detailExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team membersStrong Organization Skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and ensure a clean and orderly environmentWillingness and ability to participate in on-the-job Training to meet estate standardsSelf-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethicPrior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatoryAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as neededAbility to maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of residents and guests
