Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements Engage with leading corporations across various industries on technology and commercial contracting matters Provide legal expertise in software licensing, cloud technology, and nondisclosure agreements Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in technology and commercial contracts Significant experience with complex technology transaction agreements Prior experience at a corporate law firm, boutique firm, or in-house with a major company preferred Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
