You will have the opportunity to work in an academic medical setting alongside a team of seasoned therapists (Occupational, Physical, and Speech) with expertise in rehabilitation and orthopedics as well as neurologic, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation among others. As a member of an academic medical center there is strong focus on education and training with opportunities to participate in rounds/educational events and to mentor students and medical residents. This position will include involvement in research on Vagal Nerve Simulation, cutting edge Neuro treatment for stroke population. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Neuro Therapy.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):* Currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment.
