Job DetailsDescriptionThe Talent Development Associate supports the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development programs, with a focus on early career talent including internship programs and externship programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, managing certifications, and enhancing training initiatives across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEarly Career Program SupportAssist in the coordination and execution of training programs for college interns and externsPartner closely with other SC&H Talent departments to support onboarding and program delivery for early career talentHelp ensure a positive and structured learning experience for entry-level participantsLearning & Development OperationsMaintain and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS)Support tracking and reporting of training completion and participationLearn and administer tools such as Conference I/O (polling/engagement platform)Compliance & Certification ManagementTrack and monitor Continuing Professional Education (CPE) complianceAssist with certification management, including deadlines, documentation, and reportingTraining Development & CollaborationSupport the development and updating of training materials in collaboration with internal teamsAssist in researching and recommending external training courses or providers based on business needsTraining Facilitation SupportAssist the Manager of Talent Development in facilitating training sessions across the organization, with the goal of independently leading sessions.Provide logistical and operational support for both in-person and virtual trainingHelp ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience during sessionsQualifications0-3 years of professional experienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related fieldFlexible and willing to travel between offices for training needsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasksStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable learning new systems and technologiesAbout Sc&hSC&H is a national consulting and financial services firm with an expanding global footprint — home to people who believe in the power of trusted personal relationships.
