HSEQ Advisor

This role is to support the DOUS HSEQS Manager in the provision of key HSEQ support within DOUS projects and operations in accordance with the HSEQ management system, adopted codes, standards, best practice and legislation.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIESSupport HSEQ activities on a daily basis for all operational worksites and projectsLiase with clients, third parties and suppliers, attending project meetings, audits and inspectionsOversee and participate in risk assessments, tendering, operational and project phasesMonitor and report on compliance with legislation and the Business Management SystemParticipate in internal and external audits, including third-party accreditation processesAssess the required level of support and report to the HSE Manager with clear recommendations and information on the necessary support levelsKEY TASKSEnsure procedures, standards and best practices are maintainedProvide advice on hazardous working practices and necessary control measuresOversee incident and near miss reporting, guiding and support as requiredDevelop and deliver HSEQ training, presentations and familiarizations courses as neededKEY MEASURABLESIncident ratesEnvironmental ComplianceEmergency PreparednessQuality MetricsTraining completion ratesKEY BEHAVIOURSSelf-leadingConfidentHave a high standard of deliveryDetailed orienteddell organized and work systematically and structuredTeam playerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE SPECIFIC TO THE ROLEMin 5 years in industry related roleIntimate knowledge of Marine and Subsea HSEQ; Codes, Standards and GuidanceIndustry Specific Training
