One Stop Coordinator

A company is looking for a One Stop Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Respond to and route inquiries related to financial aid, student accounts, registration, and academic policies Participate in a comprehensive One Stop training program to acquire extensive knowledge of service requirements Provide backup support for telephone and email responses during the training period and perform other assigned duties Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in direct customer relations, preferably in a higher education environment 1+ years of experience with enterprise software systems and telephonic systems Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education; bachelor's degree desired Demonstrated understanding of higher education academic policies and procedures Experience in a high-volume environment requiring proactive thinking skills
