In this role, you will serve as a key partner to marketing and business leaders, driving end-to-end media strategyfrom planning through execution and performance analysis. You will play a critical role in maximizing media investment efficiency while delivering impactful, insight-driven campaigns that elevate brand awareness and engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end media strategy and execution, including communication planning, media mix development, and campaign optimizationManage campaign performance through measurement frameworks, reporting, and post-campaign analysisPartner with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, analytics, and operations) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign deliveryCollaborate with media agency partners to drive execution excellence and accountabilityOptimize media investments to maximize reach, engagement, and overall campaign impactDevelop and implement scalable media processes, tools, and frameworksEstablish and refine measurement strategies in partnership with data and insights teamsEnsure timely communication of campaign performance and key insights to stakeholdersIdentify emerging media trends and innovation opportunities to enhance campaign effectivenessFoster strong collaboration across teams to support integrated go-to-market strategiesQualifications10+ years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or integrated campaign managementBackground in media agencies, digital agencies, or in-house marketing teamspreferably within consumer-facing industries (technology, travel, lifestyle, or similar)Strong expertise in digital media, including social platforms and performance-driven strategiesProven experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (online and offline)Experience building innovative media partnerships and executing non-traditional campaignsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing teamsKey DetailsTentative Start Date: April 14, 2026End Date: December 31, 2026Duration: ~8.5 months (with potential for extension)Location: Remote (within the US)Schedule: 40 hours/week (MondayFriday)Employment Type: Contract (W2)Pay Rate: $80-$94/hour
