Controller Process Integration Lead

Job DescriptionLead day-to-day controllership functions, with a primary focus on:Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Month-end close support and book consolidationProvide operational oversight across financial processes including billing, payments, procurement, and record-to-report activitiesManage and mentor a small accounting team (2 accountants), including delegation, coaching, and performance oversightDrive issue resolution and ensure timely, accurate execution of all financial activitiesSupport end-to-end accounting operations in a small business environment, including customer invoicing and subcontractor workflowsDevelop, standardize, and improve financial processes where systems and workflows are currently not integratedPartner cross-functionally to ensure seamless financial operations from sales through invoicing and revenue recognitionOversee intercompany accounting processes and help resolve existing inefficienciesSupport broader integration efforts, including system alignment and process consolidation over timeWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
