You'll be part of a dynamic team supporting the New Verticals Catalog at DoorDash, managing the end-to-end catalog build and update process for new vertical merchants.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in our team, you will: Manage ticket queues and follow established SOPs.Utilize spreadsheets and internal tools to standardize, analyze, and prepare catalog data for upload.Validate completed work and resolve data-quality issues.Escalate blockers to meet turnaround-time and service-level expectations.RequirementsStrong attention to detail and effective time management skills. Experience using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.Ability to navigate ambiguity and follow detailed instructions.Consistently deliver accurate work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. PreferencesExperience in a similar role is a plus.Ability to quickly learn new processes.This is a temporary position with the possibility of contract extension.
