This role combines preconstruction leadership with financial oversight, operational management, and team leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.As An Industrial Electrical Operations Manager, You WillLead estimating and bid management activities for industrial electrical construction projectsReview project plans, specifications, and contract requirements to prepare competitive and profitable bidsOversee bid submissions, scope analysis, risk assessments, and cost evaluationsMaintain full P&L responsibility for division financial performance and operational successManage budgets, labor productivity, backlog forecasting, and project financial reportingCoordinate manpower planning, equipment allocation, and workload scheduling across projectsWork closely with field leadership, foremen, and project teams to adjust schedules and operational prioritiesProvide operational oversight for project execution, safety, quality, and closeout activitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and project performanceSupervise, mentor, and support foremen, electricians, and field personnelPromote accountability, communication, teamwork, and a strong safety culture throughout the divisionQualifications5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, estimating, or operations managementStrong background in electrical estimating, bid preparation, and cost analysisExperience managing P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, and operational metricsKnowledge of manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocationStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working cross-functionally with estimating, operations, and field leadership teamsTennessee Electrical License preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferredEquivalent industry experience consideredCertificationsOSHA safety training or related certifications preferredSalary: $100K-$120KAsk for: Hersha DwyerJob Id: 26268Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
